OF PROPERTY FOR STREET PURPOSES
W/tEBEAS, DOLORES HOLGUIN and ADELAIDA S. HOLGUIN, have presented to the
City Council a grant deed, dated November 27, 1954, for valuable consideration
in the amount of $2OO.O0, conveying property in the City of Santa Aha, County of
Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over and across: Beginning at a
point on the South line of Lot Eight in Block "G" of South Santa Aha,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 5, page 43 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California, 16.27 feet Westerly from the
Southeast corner of said Lot Eight; thence North 89° 59' lO" East along
the South line of said Lot Eight, 16.27 feet to the Southeast corner of
said Lot Eight; thence North along the East line of said Lot Ei6ht, 150
feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot Eight; thence South 89° 59' lC"
West along the North line of said Lot Eight, 2.02 feet to a point; thence
South 2° 53' 40" West 88.70 feet to the beginning of a curve; thence
along the arc of a curve concave Northwesterly and having a radius of
290 feet an arc distance of 62.19 feet to the point of beginning. Above
bearings based on the East line of said Lot Eight, running North and
South.
NOW, TnE~EFORE~ BE IT NESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said
deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be
recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PAS~DAND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at
its
regular meeting held on the 6th day of Decembe~ , 1954.
