IN CIVIC CENTm~ SITE
WHEREAS~MARY V. PINNIX has presented to the City Council a grant deed,
dated November 4, 1954, for vsuluable consideration in the amount of $15,337.73,
conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California,
described as:
Lot 13 of "Stout's Addition to Santa Ana", as shown on a map
thereof recorded in book 6, page 28 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of said Orange County.
NOW, Tn~HEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts said
deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be
recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
