OF EASEMENT FOR STREET PURPOSES
WHEI~_J%S, MAGDALENA E. KELLy, a widow, has presented to the City Council
a grant deed, dated November 23, 195h, conveying property in the City of Santa
Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes, the Westerly 5 feet of the follow-
ing described property:
Commencing at a point 150 feet North of the Southwest corner of
Lot 5 as shown on a map of a part of Lots 3 and 5 of Mcfadden-
Wilson Tract, in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State
of California, thereof recorded in book l, page 5~, Licensed
Surveyor's Maps, records of said Orange County; running thence
North along the West line of said Lot 5, 50 feet; thence East on
a line parallel with the South line of said Lot 5, 125 feet;
thence South on a line parallel to the West line of said Lot 5,
50 feet; thence West on a line parallel to the South line of said
LOt 5, 125 feet to the point of beginning.
NOW, THEt{EFOBE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed
to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOP'LI~Dby the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at
its regular meeting held on the 6th day of December , 1954.
