PLANNING CO~&ISSION RECO~94ENDED DENIAL
WNEEEAS, by Resolution No. 723, the Planning Comm~ssion~ after due
hearing, recommended that a Variance, as requested by Application No. 567, be
denied; and
WHEBEAS, the City Council, after considering all the facts,disagreed
with the denial of said Variance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City
of Santa Ana hereby grants a Variance to effect Lot known and numbered as
ll50 West 10th Street in said City, to vary the rear yard set-back and allow
a residence structure to be built with a six foot rear yard instead of the
rear yard regularly required.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at
its regular meeting held on the 20th day of December, 1954.
