BE IT RESOLVED: That the parking l~m~t~.tion created by Resolution
Noe3691, adopted August 16, 19~8, and ordering the curb painted YELLOW, as
follows:
.W~S. T THIRD STREET
On the North side between Main and Sycamore Streets, located as
follows:
The westerly 18.5 feet of the easterly 27.5 feet,
is hereby repealed and rescinded and the Acting Director of Public Works
is hereby directed to cause the paint on said curb to be removed or covered.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the
Vehicle Code of the State of California and Section 3201 of the ~anta Ana
Municipal Code, the City council hereby establishes parking regulations and
l~mitations as set forth in Section 321_8 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, as
follows:
WEST THIRD STREzT
On the north side between Main and Sycamore Streets, located as
follows:
The westerly 20 feet of the easterly 47 feet,
and said curb along said street shall be painted YELLOW and the Acting Director
of Public Works is hereby directed to cause said curb to be painted as herein-
above described.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Ana at its
regular meeting held on the 20th day of December , 195~.
