PROPERTY FOR STR~PUP~K)SES
WHEREAS, ABE RASSIN and SADIE RASSIN, husband and wife, as joint
te~n-nts, have presented to the City Council a grant deed, dated December lB,
195~, conveying property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State
of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes:
The Westerly 5 feet of the following described property:
Lot 2 in Block A of Realty Subdivision of Lot i of the McFadden-
Wilson Tract, in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State
of California, as shown on a map thereof recorded in book 3, page
35, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County.
NOW~ T~J~FOBE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts said
deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be
recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its
regular meeting held on the 20th day of December , 1954.
