WHEREAS, HENRY ~RANK FOUST has presented to the City Council a
quitclaim deed, dated November 22, 1954, conveying easement in the City
of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over:
The Westerly 5 feet of the following described property:
The South 13 feet of Lot 5 and the North 27 feet of Lot 7 in the
R. H. Skile~s Addition to Santa Ana, in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, as shown on a map thereof
recorded in book 3, page 5, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said
Orange County.
NOW, THEBEFORE, BE IT ~ESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to record the
same.
PASSED AND ADOF~'ED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at
its regular meeting held on the December 20th , 1954.
