WItEMEAS, the Chamber of Commerce of the Cit? of Santa Ana has
requested a restatement of policy towards industrial development by the
City of Santa Ana;
NOW, T~iMMEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City
of Santa Ana does hereby reaffirm its policy previously established encourag-
ing the establishment of industries which do not unduly pollute the air or
underground water supplies and do not unduly deplete natural resources
within said City of Santa Ana.
BE IT FURTHMM RESOLVED: That said City of Santa Ana will cooperate
to the fullest extent within its legal limits to establish such industries.
