Council & grant deed, dated December l, 1954, in consideration of payment of
$185.00, conveying property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State
of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over that portion of Lots 4, 5
and 6 in Block J of ~outh ~anta.Ana, as shown on a map thereof
recorded in book 5, page ~B, Miscellaneous Maps, recoils of said
Orange County, lying within the following described land:
Beginning at a point in the South line of said Lot 6 distant
thereon 23.87 feet West of the Southeast corner thereof, and run-
ning thence West along the South line of Lots 6, 5 and 4 in Block
J, a distance of 89.6~ feet to the intersection of said South line
with the Southeasterly line of the land conveyed to H. E. Huntington,
Trustee, by deed recorded June 7, 1909 in book 174, page 258, Deeds,
records of said Orange County; thence Northeasterly, along said
Southeasterly line, 12S.89 feet (said Southeasterly line intersect-
ing the East line of said Lot 6 at a point 65.07 feet North of the
Southeast corner thereof); thence Southwesterly, along the arc of a
curve having a radius of 291.18 feet and concave Southeasterly, to
the point of beginning.
NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RE~OLVED: That the City of ~anta Aha accepts said
deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be
recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
