PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT
WItERF~, SANTA ANA BOARD OF EDUCATION h~s presented to the City Council
a grant deed, dated December 30, 1954, conveying property in the City of Santa
An~, County of Orange~ State of California, described as:
An easement for construction and maintenance of water main and
services,
Beginning at a point in the center line of Edinger Street, dis-
rant 26~1.92 feet westerly from the intersection of the center line
of Edinger Street with the center line of Bristol Street; thence
westerly along the center line of Edinger Street 660.00 feet to its
intersection with the southerly prolongation of the westerly line of
Lot 80 in 8~uta A~ Acres as shown on a map thereof recorded in Misc.
Map Book 5, at page 8, records of Orange County, State of California;
thence northerly along said southerly prolongation of said westerly
line and along said westerly line 30 feet to a point~ thence Easterly
along a line parallel with the center line of Edinger Street to the
survey center line of Raitt Street as shown on said m~p of ~anta Aha
Acres; thence southerly along said center line of Raitt Street to the
point of beginning.
Excepting therefrom that portion thereof previously granted for
Edinger Street.
NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said
deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be
recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.

regular meeting held on the 3rd day of Januar~ , 1955.
