OF JOHN L. PRICE WHF2~ PIANNING C0}94ISSION RECO~f4ENDED
WHEREAS, Nesolution No. 728 of the Planning Commission adopted after
due hearing recommended that a variance, as requested by Application No. 572,
be denied, and
WHEREAS, the City Council, after considering all the facts, disagreed
with the denial of said variance.
NOW, THE~d.~'0RE~ BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City
of Santa Aha, hereby grants a variance to effect the property described as
Lot 15, Tract No. ll91, as per map recorded in Book 37, Pages 2~ and 25 of
Miscellaneous Maps, Records of said Orange County, California, which said
property has a street address of 2050 South Flower Street, Santa Aha,
California, to allow watch and clock repairing, and sales of watch bands,
watches, clocks and some jewelry from the garage connected to the house, on
the condition that no alteration be made other than installing of a window
and door in place of the garage door, and no signs to be used except one in
the window to be displayed from inside and no display windows to be used.
PASSED AND ADOFI'zD by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at
its regular meeting held on the 17th day of January, 1955.
