OF PROPERTY FOR STREET PURPOSES
WHEREAS~ ETHEL L. McGRATH, a widow, has presented to the City
Council a grant deed, dated November 30, 1954, conveying property in the
City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the Northerly 17 feet
of the following described property:
The West 120 feet of the North 128 feet of Lot "A" of
"Menges and Crooks Sub. of G. B. Lyon's Subdivision", as shown
on a map thereof recorded in book l, page 98, Miscellaneous
Maps, records of said Orange County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed
to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PAS~ED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at
its regular meeting held on the 17th day of January , 1955.
