WHEREAS, KATHRYN S. SMITH, a married woman, has presented to the
City Council a grant deed, dated December 29, 195~, conveying property in
the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
The Easterly 5 feet of the following described property:
Lot 13 in Block 7 of the South Bide Addition to the City of
Santa Ana, in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of
California, as shown on a map thereof recorded in book 3, page
44, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said
deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.

its regular meeting held on the 17th day of Januar~ , 1955.
