a grant deed, dated January ll, 1955, conveying property in the City of
Ss~uta A~, County of Orange, State of California, described as:

The Easterly 5 feet of the following described property:
Lot 1 in Block 5 of the South Side Addition to the City of
Santa~ua, in the City of Santa~ua, County of Orange, State of
California, as shown on a map thereof recorded in book 3, page 44,
Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County;
EXCEPTING THF_/~EFROM the North ~4 feet thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said
deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
