WHEREAS· JOHNSON CHAPEL THE AFRICAN METHODIST EPISCOPAL CHURCH, a
corporation, has presented to the City Council a grant deed~ dated January 24,
1955, in consideration of payment of $1·020.00, conveying property in the City
of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the easterly l0 feet of
Lot 18 in Block "C" of Goldsmith's Addition to the Town of Santa Ana,
as shown on a map thereof recorded in book 31, page 23 of Miscellaneous
Records of Los Angeles County· California.
NOW, T}~{EFORE· BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said
deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be
recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its
regular meeting held on the ?th day of Februar~ , 1955.
