FOR STREET PURPOSES
WHEREAS, GEORGE E. HASENYAGER and FRIEDA A. HASENYAGER, husband and
wife, have presented to the City Council a grant deed, dated August 3, 1954,
conveying property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of
California, described as:
The East 175.00 feet of the following described parcel of land:
A strip of land 60.00 feet in width, being 30.00 feet on each
side of the following described center line: Beginning at the point
of beginning of that certain parcel of land conveyed to the City of
Santa Aha by deed recorded December 10, 19~5 in Book 1370, Page 2~8,
Official Records of Orange County, California, said point of begin-
ning being the intersection of the center line of Sixth Street with
the Easterly line of Terminal Street; running from said point of be-
ginning Easterly in a straight line to the center line of Sixth
Street as shown on Tract 344, recorded in Book 15, Page 5, Miscel-
laneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California.
Subject to convenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations
and rights of way of record.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said
deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be
recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
