~, DONALD B. CHRISTESON has presented to the City Council a
grant deed, dated December 27, 1954, conveying property in the City of
Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Beginning at a point which bears North 89° 52' 50" West 155.00
feet from a point on the center line of Bristol Street, said center
line being the East line of Section 2, Township 5 South, Range lO
West, San Bernardino Base & Meridian, 2201.32 feet Southerly from
the intersection of the center line of Bristol Street with the center
line of Memory Lane, said intersection being the Northeast corner of
said Section 2, said point of beginning being the Northwest corner of
that certain 20' wide alley which extends from Santa Clara Avenue to
the North line of Tract No. 2061 as per map thereof recorded in Misc.
Map Book 57, at pages 27, 28 and 29, records of Orange County, State of
California~ running thence North 0° 47' 40" East 146.00 feet along
the East line of Lots 70 and 71 in Tract No. 1608 as per map thereof,
recorded in Misc. Nap Book 48, at pages 22 and 23, records of Orange
County, State of California; thence South 89° 52' 50" East 20.00
feet to a point~ thence South 0° 47' 40" West 146.OO feet to the
North line of said Tract No. 2061; thence North 89° 52' 50" West
20.00 feet along the North line of said 20' wide alley in said
Tract No. 1608 to the point of beginning.
NOW, ~ORE, BE IT RE~OLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said
deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.

its regular meeting held on the 7th day of Februar~ , 1955.
