PROPERTY FOR STREET PURPOSES
WHEF, EAS, DONALD B. CHRISTESON has presented to the City Council a
grant deed, dated December 27, 195h, conveying property in the City of
Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
The easterly 40', except that previously dedicated for Bristol
Street of the following described property:
Beginning at a point in the center line of Bristol Street,
said center line being the East line of Section 2, Township 5
South, Rauge l0 West, San Bernardino Base &Meridian, 1972.32
feet Southerly from the intersection of the center line of Bristol
Street with the center line of Memory Lane, said intersection be-
i~ the Northeast corner of said Section 2; running thence north
52' 50" West 175.00 feet to the Northeast corner of Lot 71 in
Tract No. 1608 as per map thereof recorded in Misc. Map Book 48,
pages 22 and 23, records of Orange County, State of California;
thence South O° 47' 40" West 83.00 feet to a point; thence South
89° 52' 50~' East 20.00 feet to a point; thence South 0° 47' ~0"
West 146.00 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot 70 in said Tract
No. 1608~ thence South 89° 52' 50" East 72.00 feet to a point~
thence South O° 47' 40" West 7.50 feet to a point; thence South
89° 52' 50" East 83.00 feet to said center line of Bristol Street;
thence North 0O ~7' 40" East 236.5 feet along said center line
of Bristol Street to the point of beginning.
NOW, THEREFOEE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said
deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
