W~EREAS, CHARLES INGPJ~M ~nd ROSA L. INGRA~, husband and wife, have
presented to the City Council a grant deed, dated January 24, 1955, in con-
sideration of $450.00, conveying property in the City of Santa Aha, County
of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the Easterly 10 feet of the
Southerly 45 feet of Lot 18 in Block "B" of Goldsmith's Addition to
the Town of Santa Aha, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 31,
page 23, of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California.
NOW, THEREFOREA BE IT EESOLV~D: That the City of Santa Ana accepts
said deed and the ClerE of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed
to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at
its regular meeting held on the 7th day of Februar~ , 1955.
