WHEREAS, EVA GONZALEZ, a widow, has presented to the City Council a
grant deed~ dated February 18~ 1955~ conveying property in the City of
Santa Ana~ County of Orange~ State of California~ described as:
An easement for street purposes over,
The Easterly 5 feet on the West side of South Main Street
of the following described property:
Lot 7 in Block 1 of the South Side Addition to the Cit2 of
Santa Ana, in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange~ State
of California~ as shown on a n~p thereof recorded in book 3,
page 44~ }~scellaneous ~ps~ records of said Orange County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: ~at the City of Santa Aha accepts said
deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to
be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its
regular meeting held on the 21st day of February , 1955.
