CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS AND CURB MARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH:
BE IT RESOLVED: That the parking l~mttations created by Resolution
No. 2~8~, adopted October 5, 1936, and ordering the curb painted RED, as
follows:
~sh Street.
On the East Side, between Fourth Street and Fifth Street,
located as follows:
The Southerly 13 feet
is hereby repealed and rescinded; and the Acting Director of Public Works is
hereby directed to cause the paint on said curb to be removed or covered.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the
Vehicle Code of the State of California and Section 3~01 of the Santa Aha
Municipal Code, the City Council hereby establishes parking regulations and
l~m~tations as set forth in Section 32-13 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, as
follows:
On the East Side, between Fourth Street and Fifth Street,
located as follows:
The Southerly 9 feet
and said curb along said street shall be painted RED and the Acting Director
of Public Works is hereby directed to cause said curb to be painted as herein-
above described.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Ana at its
regular meeting held on the 21st day of February , 1955.
