WHEREAS~ JOSEPH G. LOMBARDO and JE~ G. LO~BARDO, husband and wife,
have offered to the City a deed, dated February 16, 1955, conveying easement
for street purposes over land in the City of Santa Ana~ County of Orange,
State of California~ described as:
easement for street purposes over the following:
The Easterly 5 feet of Lot 13 in Block 9 of the South Side
Addition to the City of Santa Ana, as shown on a map thereof
recorded in book 3, page 44 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of said Orange County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said
deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County~ California.
