WHEREAS, CHARLES D. HAYES, also known as C. D. HAYES, a widower, as to
an undivided 1/2 interest, and CHARLES D. HAYES~ also known as C. D. HAYES~
a widower, as to a life estate in the remainder, and JOHN D. HAYES and
CHARLES E. HAYES, as tenants in common as to the remainder interest in said
remainder~ have presented to the City Council a grant deed, dated March 8,
1955~ conveying property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orang% State
of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over~
The F~sterly 5 feet on the West Side of Main Street, of
The North 50 feet of Lot 4 in Block 16 of Palmer's Addition
to the Town of Santa Ana~ in the City of Santa Ana~ County of
Orange~ State of California, as shown on a map thereof recorded
in book 34, page 87, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County~
California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed
to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PA~SED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at
its regular meeting held on the 21st day of March , 1955.
