WHEREAS, DALE DECKERT, an unmarried man, has presented to the City
Council a grant deed, dated March 3, 1955, conveying property in the City of
Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over,
The Westerly 5 feet of the following described property:
The South 25.02 feet of Lot 6 and the North 20 feet of Lot 7
in Block 2 Lyon's Addition to Santa Ana, in the City of
Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, as shown on
a map thereof recorded in book 15, page 49, Miscellaneous
Records of Los Angeles County, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed
to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOP~ by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its
regular meeting held on the 21st day of .March , 1955.
