WHEREAS~ GRACE JOHNSON, an ur-married woman, ?ms presented to the
City Council a grant deed, dated February 4, 1955~ bonveying property
in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California~ described as:
An easement for street purposes over the Easterly 10 feet of
Lot 18 in Block 'D' of Goldsmith's Addition to the Town of Santa
Ana~ as shown on a map thereof recorded in book 31, page 23~ of
Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California;
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Southerly rectangular 82 feet of said Lot.
NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts said
deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to
be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its
regular meeting held on the 21st day of March , 1955.
