WI~EKEAS, CHARLES D. HAYES, also known as C. D. HAYES, a widower, as to
a life estate, and JOHN D. HAYES and CHARLES E. HAYES, as tenants in common,
as to the ren~inder interests, have presented to the City Council a grant deed,
dated March 8, 1955, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of
Orange~ State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over,
The Easterly 5 feet on the West Side of Main Street, of
The South 48 feet of Lot 1 in Block 16 of Palmer's Addition to
the Town of Santa Ana, in the City of Santa Ana, County of 0range~
State of California, as shown on a map thereof recorded in book 34~
page 87~ Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County~ California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed
to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its
regular meeting held on the 2~.st day of N~rch , 1955-
