~IT, AND CLOSING OF A PORTION OF V~CIA STSEET
WHEREAS, heretofore, on the 7th day of March 1955, the City Council
· adopted Resolution No. 55-67 declaring its intention to vacate portion of
Valencia Street, which said Resolution was published and posted as required
by law; and
public hearing was duly held on the 4th day of April, 1955,
upon due notice in said. Resolution and said posted notices contained;
NOW~ Tn~4A~m'ORE~ A~--~ DUE BEARING~ BE IT ~ESOLVED: That the City
Council of the City of Santa Ama hereby finds, from all the evidence sub-
mitted, that the portion of Valencia Street hereinbelow and in said Resolution
described is unnecessary for present or prospective street purposes.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That said City Council hereby makes its
Order vacating, abandoning and closing up, for street purposes, that portion
of Valencia Street in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of
California~ described as:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 1 of Block 4 of the
French Street Tract as per map thereof recorded in Book 4, page
45 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California;
thence Southerly along the Westerly line of said Lot 1, 75.33
feet to a point; thence Westerly along the extended Southerly
line of said Lot 1 and the Southerly line of said French Street
Tract, 50 feet to a point; thence Northerly along the Easterly
line of Lot 2 of Block 3 of said French Street Tract, 75.33
feet to a point on the Southerly line of 14th Street; thence
Easterly in a straight line to the point of beginning.
