WHEREAS, MABEL RATPIBUN has presented to the City Council a grant
deed, dated February 22, 1955, conveying property in the City of Santa Aaa,
County of Orange~ State of California~ described as:
~Lu easement for street purposes over,
The Easterly 5 feet on the West Side of Main Stree%
The North 50 feet of Lot 1 in Block 16 of Palmer's Addition
to the Town of Santa Aha, in the City of Santa Aha, County
of Orange~ State of California, as shown on a map thereof
recorded in book 34, page 87~ Miscellaneous Records of Los
Angeles County, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed
to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
