WHEREAS, FRED M. YOUNG, a widower, has presented to the City Council
a grant deed, dated March 30, 1955, conveying property in the City of
Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over,
The Westerly 5 feet of the following described property:
Lot 2 in Block "C" of Blee's Second Addition to the Town of
Santa Ana, in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State
of California, as shown on a map thereof recorded in book 30,
page 75, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed
to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPT~ by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its
regular meeting held on the ~th day of April , 1955.
