QUITCLAIM DEED.
WHEBEAS, HEBETOFORE, the City of Santa Aha received title to certain
property along the Easterly bank of the Santa Aha River at the Westerly end
of Santa Clara Avenue, extending South to 22nd Street, and
~, the Santa Aha Kiwanis Club Foundation has no ingress or egress
to the property lying Northerly from said City-owned property;
NOW, THEEEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of the
Council are hereby directed to execute and deliver quitclaim deed in the
of the City of Santa Ana, conveying and granting a nonexclusive easement to
the Santa Ana Kiwanis Club Foundation over the real property in the City of
Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
A nonexclusive easement for ingress and egress over a strip of
land 30 feet wide over a portion of Lot 2 of Mabury Tract, as per
map recorded in book 16~ page 301 of Deeds in the office of the
County Recorder of Los A~geles County, California, the northerly
line of which is described as Follows:
Beginning at a point on the westerly line of the land des-
~cribed in deed to Stratford Square, Inc. recorded in book 2688,
page 532 of Official Records, South 22° 00' 00" West 102.60 feet
thereon from the westerly prolongation of the north line of Lot
59 of Tract No. 2122, as per map recorded in book 61, pages 49
and 50 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County Recorder
of said Orange County; thence South 89° 54' 05" East 112.72 feet
to the soutt~cest corner of Lot 59 of said Tract No. 2122, the
southerly line of said strip to be shortened so as to terminate
on the westerly line of said Tract No. 2122 and on said westerly line
of said land to Stratford Square, Inc.

regular meeting held on April ~th , 1955.
