THE SERVICE OF AND COMMENDING RETIRING COUNCII~[~N
THOMAS F. LARSEN.
~EAS, Mr. Thomas F. Larsen has ably served as City Councilman
of the City of Santa Ana for the past two years, and
WHEREAS, his sound business judgment, good counsel, an active and
unselfish interest in the welfare of the City during his term in office
has contributed much to our continued growth and progress~ and
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA: That we take this opportunity to express our appreciation
for having the opportunity of serving with Thomas F. Larsen and wish to
thank him not only for ourselves but for the citizens of this community
for his service as Councilman.
