WNEBEAS~ HAZEL M. MAXWELL, subject to the effect of a declaration of
homestead, executed by Hazel M. Maxwell, recorded June 16, 1939, in book 999,
page 188, Official Records, Hazel M. Maxwell is a widow, has presented to the
City Council a grant deed, dated April 20, 1955, conveying property in the City
of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over,
The Easterly 5 feet of the West Side of South Main Street; of the
following described property:
Lot lB in Block 3 of the South Side Addition to Santa Ana~ in the
City of Santa Ana~ County of Orange, State of Califor~, as shown on a
map thereof recorded in book 3, page 44, Miscellaneous Maps, records of
said Orange County.
NOW~ TN~.REFO~E~ BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said
deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be
recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
