WHEREAS, LOUIS R. WEINBERG, by deed to him dated October 25, 1940, as
to an undivided one-half interest and in LOUIS WEINBERG and FRANCES WEINBERG,
husband and wife, as Joint tenants, as to an undividied one-half interest,
have presented to the City Council a grant deed, dated January 14, 1955, con-
veying property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California,
described as:
An easement for street purposes, over
The Westerly 5 feet of Lot 5 of Johnson's Addition to Santa Ana, in
the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, as shown
on a map thereof recorded in book 26, page 55, Miscellaneous Records
of Los Angeles County, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said
deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be
recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its
regular meeting held on the 2nd day of ~.~a~ , 1955.
