WH~, BARTLETT H. VANCE, a widower, has presented to the City
Council a grant deed, dated April 30, 1955, conveying property in the City
of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over,
The Westerly 5 feet of Lot 6 in Block "C" of Blee's Second Addition
to the Town of Santa Ana, City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of
California, as show~ on a map thereof recorded in book 30, page 75,
Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California;
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Easterly 46 feet.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said
deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOP'i~ by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at
its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of ~ay , 1955.
