WHEREAS, HAROLD H. GR~WALD and GERTRUDE S. GBI~RNWALD, husband and wife,
have presented to the City Council a grant deed, dated May 2, 1955, conveying
property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, des-
cribed as:
An easement for street purposes over the North 12 feet of the follow-
ing described property:
The East 200 feet of Lot One of Tract No. 905, as shown on a Map re-
corded in Book 32, page 16 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California.
Subject to covenants, conditions, reservations, restrictions and rights
of way of record.
NOW, THEREFOBE~ BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said
deedand the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be
recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTzU by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its
regular meeting held on the 16th day of ~ , 1955.
