WHEREAS, LURA YANDELL GILBERT, a widow, has presented to the City Council
a grant deed, dated May 9, 1955, conveying property described as:
An easement for street purposes over,
The Easterly 5 feet on the West Side of Main Street, of
Lot 1 in Block 1 of the South Side Addition to Santa Ana, in the
City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, as shown
on a map thereof recorded in book 3, page 44, Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said Orange County.
NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts said
deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to record the same.
PASSED AND ADOPT~ by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its
regular meeting held on the 16th day of May , 1955-
