WHEHEAS, LURA YANDELL GILBERT, a widow, has presented to the City Council
a grant deed, dated May 9, 1955, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over,
The Easterly 5 feet on the West side of Main Street, of
Lot 3 in Block 1 of the South Side Addition to the City of Santa Ana
as shown on a map thereof, recorded in Book 3, page 44, Miscellaneous
Maps, records of said Orange County.
NOW, THE~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said
deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to record the same.
PASSED AND ADOP£'~D by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its
regular meeting held on the 16th day of ....~a~ , 1955.
