WHEREAS, LENA ZIRINSKY, a widow, has presented to the City Council a
grant deed, dated January 14, 1955, conveying property in the City of Santa
Ana· County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the Westerly 5 feet of the
following described property:
Lot 9 of Johnson's Addition to Santa Aha, as shown on a map thereof
recorded in Book 26, page 55, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles
County, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts said
deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to record the same.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its
regular meeting held on the 16th day of ?~y · 1955.
