WHEREAS~ FIRST WESTERN BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, successor to FIRST
NATIONAL BANK IN SANTA ANA, as Trustee, pursuant to the provisions of a
Declaration of Trust set forth in the decree of distribution issued out
of the Estate of KATE ROSS, Deceased, a certified copy of said decree of
distribution being recorded September 28, 1950, in Book 2080, page 62,
Official Records, has presented to the City Council a grant deed, dated
May 10, 1955, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange,
State of California, described as:
An EASI94ENT for street purposes over the Easterly 5 feet of
the following des~cribed property:
Lots 1 and 4 in Block 8 of Palmer's Addition to the Town of
Santa Ana, in the City of Santa Aha, as shown on a map thereof
recorded in Book 34, page 87, Miscellaneous Records of Los
Angeles County~ California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed
to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPT~u by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its
regular meeting held on the 6th day of June , 1955.
