WHEREAS, AGNES D. BOND, a widow, as to au umdivided 1/2 interest and
CLARENCE BOND, as to an undivided 1/2 interest, have presented to the City
Council a grant deed dated May 20, 1955, conveytnE property described as:
Au easement for street purposes over,
The Westerly 5 feet of the following described property:
The North 1OO feet of Lot 6 in Block 2 Lyon's Addition, in
the City of Santa Aua, County of Orange, State of California, as
shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 15, Page 49, Miscella-
neous Records of Los Angeles County, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ama accepts said
deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be
recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa AUa at its
regular meeting held on the 6th day of June , 1955.
