WHEREAS, RALPH BAUGH~ has presented to the City Council a quitclai~
deed dated May 19, 1955, conveying property described as:
An easement for street purposes over the Easterly 5 feet
of the South half of Lot 9 in Block 8 of Palmer's Addition
to the Town of Santa Ana, in the City of Santa Aha, County
of Orange, State of California, as shown on a map thereof
recorded in Book 34, Page 87, Miscellaneous Records of Los
Angeles County, California.
NOW, ~{EREFORE, BE IT RESOLYF~: That the City of Santa Ana accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said
deed to be recorded ~ith the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPT.'.~ by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at
its regular meeting held on the Sth d~ of ~m~c , 195%.
