WH~W.A~, EDMOND STEPHAN and JOAN STEPHAN, husband and wife, have presented
to the City Council a grant deed dated May 26, 1955, conveying property in the
City pf Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for construction and maintenance of a sanitary
and storm sewer over the Westerly 5 feet of Lot 7 and the
Easterly 5 feet of Lot 8 of Tract No. 2279 as shown on a
Map recorded in Book 72, pages 39 & 40 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California.
NOW, TP~E~O~E, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa A~a accepts said
deed a~n~ the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to
be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, Califor~ala.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aaa at its
