ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
'WHEREAS, SAM DEADMON and MARY DEADMON, husband and wife,
have presented to the City Council a grant deed dated June 2, 1955
in consideration of payment of $225.00, conveying property in the
City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described
as:
An easement for street purposes over the Easterly 10 feet
of the South 45 feet of the North 135 feet of the East 90
feet of Lot l, in Block A of Tract No. 132, as shown on a
map thereof recorded in Book ll, Page 42, Miscellaneous
Maps, records of said Orange County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instruc-
ted to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of
Orange County, California.
