ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
W~HEREAS, KATHRYN STANSBERY, a widow, has presented to the
City Council a grant deed dated jUne 4, 1955 in consideration of
payment of $225.00, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the Easterly
l0 feet of the South 45 feet of the East 90 feet
of Lot i in Block A of Tract No. 132, as shown on
a map thereof recorded in Book ll, Page 42, Mis-
cellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa
Ana accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby in-
structed to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Re-
corder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of bhe City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of ~ne , 1955.
