ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, EVA PAGE KING has presented to the City Council
a grant deed dated June 6th, 19~ in consideration of payment of
$3~0.00, conveying property in the City of Santa Ann, County of
Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the
Easterly l0 feet of the North 4~ feet of the East 90
feet of Lot i in Block A of Tract No. 132, as shown
on a map thereof recorded in Book ll, Page 42, mis-
cellaneous Maps, Records of said Orange County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
