WHEREAS, CHARLES C. BRISO0 and STATE FARM MUTUAL AUTO INSURANCE C0~PANY,
have presented to the City Council an easement deed, dated October 20, 1954,
conveying property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California,
described as:
A strip of land 54.00 feet in width, over that portion of Lots 3 and 4
of the Mabury Tract as per map thereof recorded in Book 165, Page 301,
Deeds of Los Angeles County, California, the center line of which is
described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the center line of Seventeenth Street, said
point being located 538.93 feet North88° 52' ~O" East from the inter-
section of the center line of Aloha Street with the center line of
Seventeenth Street as sho~n on a map of Tract 1478 as recorded in
Book 44, Pages 4 and 5~ Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County,
California; running from said point of beginning North 0° 47' 00"
East 614.61 feet.
Excepting therefrom that portion included in Seventeenth Street as con-
veyed to the City of Santa Ana.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said
deedand the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to record the same.
