WHEREAS, RALPH J. and B0~NIE N. MITCHELL have presented to the City Council
a grant deed dated July 8th, 19~, conveying property described as:
An easement for street purposes of the following described
property: Beginning at a point on the monumented center line
of Chestnut Avenue 828.13 feet easterly from a point on the
Westerly line of Section 17, Township ~ South, Range 9 West,
San Bernardino Base and Meridian, 1072.~0 feet Southerly from
the Northwest Corner of said Section l?; thence Southerly along
a straight line at right angles with the monumented center line
of said Chestnut Avenue ~2.00 feet to a point; thence Easterly
along a line parallel with said monumented center line of Chestnut
Avenue 518.00 feet to a point; thence Northerly along a straight
line which makes an angle of 90° with said monumented center line
of Chestnut Avenue 52.00 feet to said center line; thence Westerly
along said center line ~18.00 feet to the point of beginning;
EXCEPTING therefrom that portion thereof previously granted for
Chestnut Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said deed
and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded
with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular
meetir~ held on the 18th day of Ju~y , 19~5.
