ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, WALTER W. C~{LES', an unmarried man, as to an undivided one-half
interest, and CA~L C. C05,~LES and _HELEN E. COWLES, husband and wife, as joint ten-
ants, as to an undivided one-half interest, have presented to the City Council a
grant deed dated July 11, 1955 conveying property in the City of Santa Aha,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the Easterly Five (5) feet of
Lot I in Block 3 of the South Side Addition, as shown on a map
thereof recorded in Book 3, Page ~ of Miscellaneous Maps, rec-
ords of said Orange County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said
deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to
be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its
regular meeting held on the 18th day of Jul~ ., 1955.
