ACCEPTING GRA~T DEED
I~HEREAS, WILLIAM ROHRBACHER, a married man, as his separate property, has
presented to the City Council a grant deed dated July 18th, 1955, conveying
property described as:
An easement for street pmrposes over,
The Westerly 5 feet of the North 50 feet of Lot 7 in
Block 3 of Lyon's Addition to Santa Ana, in the City
of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California,
as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 15, Page 49,
Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ~SOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said
deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be
recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at %ts
regular meeting held on the 1st day of August , 1955.
