ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
W~HEREAS, C. E. SHORT and FLORENCE FAE SHORT, husband and wife, each an
undivided one-half interest as their separate property as tenants in common~
have presented to the City Council a grant deed dated July 23, 1955 conveying
property described as:
An easement for street purposes over the Westerly ~ feet of:
Lot 3 in Block "C" of Blee's Second Addition to the Town of
Santa Ana, as shown on a map thereof recorded in book 30, page 7~
Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said
deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to
be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its
regular meeting held on the 1st day of August , 19~.
